Graduate study in political science at UofL is built for both scholars and practitioners. Faculty Mentorship
You'll work closely with 19 research-active faculty whose work spans political polarization, public opinion, race and politics, constitutional law, democratization, gender and representation and foreign policy – with the Center for Asian Democracy connecting the department to scholars across the globe.
Pathways and Partnerships
The accelerated master's through Soaring Scholars lets exceptional undergraduates start the MA early; the dual JD-MA with the Brandeis School of Law pairs the degree with legal training. Apply by the priority deadline and you're automatically eligible for funding and assistantships.
