To schedule an appointment, please call our front desk at 502-852-6782. We will go through a brief screener with you to collect your current concerns prior to adding you to our waitlist for an intake appointment. The purpose of this intake appointment is to determine how the PSC can best assist you by either arranging an appointment with one of our clinicians or by providing referral information for services offered elsewhere in the community.
