DBT Group Therapy for Adults

We currently offer a virtual skills-based group for adults based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT skills are helpful for anyone interested in coping more effectively with distressing emotions (e.g. frequent feelings of anger, shame and/or sadness) and relationships problems (e.g. at home and/or at work).

DBT Group for Adolescents (DBT-A)

We offer a DBT skills group for teens who feel overwhelmed by emotions, struggle with conflict in relationships, or want to build stronger coping skills- and for caregivers who want to support them while learning the same tools. This weekly in-person skills group meeting is designed for caregiver-teen dyads to learn and practice together.
