Location & Directions
The Chemistry Building (2320 S. Brook Street, Louisville, Kentucky, 40208) is located on the University of Louisville’s Belknap Campus. This three-story academic and research facility is easily accessible from the main campus entrance and sits near several major science buildings.
Step-by-Step Directions
- To reach the Chemistry Building, enter the University of Louisville’s main entrance at 2301 S 3rd Street.
- Follow the oval around to the West Information Center on your right. Pull into the small drive next to the center and stop at the window. Request a visitor parking pass for the Chemistry Building.
- After obtaining your pass, proceed to the visitor parking lot located near the Natural Sciences area.
- From the parking lot, head northeast toward the main science corridor, passing between the Life Sciences Building and Grawemeyer Hall.
- Continue along the diagonal walkway. The Chemistry Building will come into view ahead on your right.
- The Chemistry Building is a brick-and-glass academic facility with a modern central entrance and nearby green space.
Parking Information
Visitor parking for the Chemistry Building is available with a pass obtained from the West Information Center upon entering campus. Please make sure your visitor pass is clearly displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard to avoid parking citations.
Accessibility
Wheelchair entrances are located at the north, northwest and west doorways. An elevator is also available to access all floors. If you require any special accommodations, please contact our office in advance of your visit and we'll be happy to assist you.
