Location & directions
The Interdisciplinary and Public Humanities department is located in Bingham Humanities Building on the University of Louisville's Belknap Campus—on the main quad directly across from Ekstrom Library.
Parking & walking directions
Visitor parking is available at the North Information Center (2000 S 1st St, Louisville, KY 40208).
- Proceed to the North Information Center.
- Stop and request a visitor parking pass.
- After obtaining your pass, proceed to the visitor parking lot.
- From the parking lot, head west toward Gheens Science Hall.
- Continue south on the walking path between Davidson Hall (on your left) and Strickler Hall (on your right).
- Continue through the Life Sciences Building, which has a sheltered walking corridor with the second floor overhead.
- Once you reach the quad, turn left.
- Follow the path and take the next right turn. Bingham Humanities Building will be on your left.
Parking information
Visitor parking is available with a pass obtained from the North Information Center. Please ensure you display your visitor pass clearly in your vehicle to avoid any parking citations.
Accessibility
The Bingham Humanities building is wheelchair accessible from the main entrance. If you require any special accommodations, please contact our office in advance of your visit and we'll be happy to assist you.
